No problem — we train you from day one.What You'll Be Doing:As a Mobile Sales Associate, you'll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store — helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives. We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better.You'll:Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approachTalk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make senseHelp bring in new customers and build relationships with returning onesStay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)Answer store phone calls and customer questionsWork toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goalsParticipate in local marketing and special eventsKeep the store clean, organized, and ready for businessUse sales systems and follow company policiesCollaborate with teammates and managersJump in on additional tasks or projects as neededWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Strong communication skills (written & verbal)A positive, professional, can-do attitudeThe ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organizedPrevious experience in wireless or retail sales (a plus, not required!)What You'll Need:Must be 18 years or older6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experienceBasic experience using computers and mobile phonesAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or GEDSpanish bilingual skills preferred in some locationsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floorAbility to lift and/or move up to 15 poundsFrequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and use of hands/fingersOccasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouchingAbility to perform repetitive motions (including overhead reaching and typing)Compensation:$13.00 - $14.00 per hour DOE. The base pay does not factor in an aggressive commission program when goals and objectives are met.
