Key responsibilities of the CNA – Rehabilitation include:

• Assist with ambulation, feeding, and turning/repositioning of patients
• Provide bed baths, mouth care, and skin care
• Ensure pressure injury prevention and proper use of Hoyer lifts
• Conduct electronic vital sign monitoring and report patient condition changes
• Perform routine catheter care and assist with isolation precautions
• Manage stool specimen collection and urine output measures

Requirements of the CNA – Rehabilitation include:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Active NY state license
• EPIC charting system experience
