What You ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide neonatal intensive care in Level III-IV NICUs.
• Assist with high-risk delivery coverage at affiliated hospitals.
• Care for infants in Level II nurseries, supporting in-house staff 24/7.
• Participate in daily rounds and emergency responses alongside medical teams.
• Manage patient assessments, procedures, and ongoing neonatal treatments.
• Provide family education and support during NICU stays.
• Share responsibilities for delivery attendance, with no transport duties.

What You Need
Required:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (preferred)
• Valid nursing license in Arizona or able to obtain one
• Strong neonatal assessment and procedural skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in Level III-IV NICUs
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
