Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in order to assist patients in achieving optimal physical performance. This role involves conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, consultations, and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and interventions aimed at improving physical function and mobility.
• Conduct individualized evaluations and develop customized goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapy techniques to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and rehabilitation strategies.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Schedule

This position requires the Physical Therapist to work four 10-hour days per week.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
