Medication Clinic RNWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to help provide nursing care and support for our patients. In this role, you will work with an incredible team of Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LVNs, and Case Managers to provide the best nursing services to patients in our Adult Outpatient Clinics!Here's what you'll do:Provide training on health maintenance and improving outcomes for mental health treatmentResponsible for patient education, obtaining consents for medications, venipunctures, IM injections, EKG and any other duties deemed necessary by the CNOResponsible to maintain all CEU necessary to maintain licensureServe as our MAT and ACT Team nurse, attending ACT Team meetings 3 days per weekAttend staff meetings monthlyWorks closely with clients and their families, MD's, APRN's, PA's, case managers, and other nursing staff to provide a team-focused atmosphereWorks under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgmentWill function under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer and within the scope of practiceIn region travelWhat's in it for you?Awesome Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Company-paid Life and Disability insurance, HSA/FSARetirement Options (with Company Match!)Tuition ReimbursementMeaningful work in the mental health and intellectual disabilities communityPaid Time Off begins accruing on your first day (increasing with tenure)Weekly PaydayMental health and wellness support from our Employee Assistance ProgramThe ideal candidate will have:Strong communication skills; both written and verbalAttention to detailAbility to work independently or collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionReliable transportationComputer competent, and proficient in computer software.What you'll need:Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas3 years nursing experience, preferably with person's with mental illnessValid Driver's license and insurable by Tri-CountyPayscale: $80,219/yr Location: Conroe, Texas
