Candidates should be comfortable with frequent movement, travel within the assigned area, and direct client interaction.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsActive LPN licenseGraduate of an accredited LPN programCurrent BLS certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred ExperienceExperience working with individuals with IDD/DD populationsLong-term care or community-based nursing experienceExperience with electronic health records (EHR)
