QA Supervisor
QA Supervisor to join our team based in Newburyport, MA. This individual will be responsible for the supervision of all daily production floor activities as it relates to quality. This position will coordinate quality activities and provide leadership to ensure an effective food safety and quality management system is maintained. Provide technical support with an emphasis on customer expectations, continuous improvement opportunities, and productivity requirements.
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Previous knowledge working in food production Quality Assurance department.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Must have a flexible schedule including working weekends, as necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
