Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for primarily individuals and children, with some couples if desired

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted independent license required

1 year previous experience as an independently licensed mental health therapist required, 2+ years preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
