Associate Legal Counsel, Commercial Transactions

In-House Commercial Transactions & Project Finance Attorney (On-site / Full Time In-House Counsel) Are you a mid‑level BigLaw associate looking to transition in‑house? Responsibilities & Qualifications 4+ years of deep finance‑side and broad transactional experience (including M&A, tax, and/or contracting) at a top‑tier corporate law firm or comparable in‑house Ability to successfully work in a high‑paced corporate environment, managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills Excellent academic credentials from an ABA‑accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (or eligible to register for in‑house exemption) Outstanding professional references from former supervisors Position Details Type of role: Permanent Schedule: Full‑time Location: Nashville Metro Area Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $175,000 – $220,000, based on experience, qualifications, and credentials.
