Speech Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Therapeutic Day School Location: Leominster, MA School Setting: Therapeutic Day School Student Population: Ages 3–22 We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team at a therapeutic day school in Leominster, MA for the 2026–2027 school year . This onsite role offers the opportunity to work with students across a wide range of ages and abilities while receiving support from an experienced team of clinicians. Start Date: August 31, 2026 End Date: June 16, 2027 Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hours: 35 hours per week Employment Type: Full-time Work Setting: Onsite Caseload & Responsibilities Provide speech and language services to students ages 3–22 . Support students with a variety of diagnoses, including: Down Syndrome Genetic disorders and other developmental disabilities Deliver therapy focused on: AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) Assistive technology Language-based intervention Caseloads are typically organized by classroom. SLPs generally support 3–4 classrooms . Each classroom contains approximately 4–8 students . Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families. Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring. Required Qualifications Massachusetts Speech‑Language Pathology licensure requirements ( Mass.gov ). DESE certification/licensure .
