Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP, EFM comptecency

Required skills & experience: min 1yr of exp, prefer 2yrs. Must have L&D, post-partum, and level 2 nursery experience.

1:1 labor and 1:3 post partum
Practice baby friendly in the unit
RN is asked to work Antepartum and PP. No scrub or circulate on csections.

• Floating?: yes; At times during COVID surge, our unit provides helping hands to other departments (med surg, emergency department, etc.). Rotation with permanent staff.
