We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Clarksburg, WV . This full‐time role is ideal for a nurse who delivers compassionate care, communicates effectively, and thrives in a structured shift environment.

Schedule

• 12‐hour shifts

• 3 shifts per week

• Required to work every other holiday

• Full‐time position with consistent scheduling

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN and provider supervision

• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols

• Monitor, document, and report patient condition changes

• Support patient comfort, safety, and daily care needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‐quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license in West Virginia

• Active BLS certification

• Recent TB test meeting facility standards

• Strong communication, reliability, and clinical judgment

• Commitment to compassionate, patient‐centered care
