Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting and therapeutic client-therapist relationship.

• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all walks of life.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing therapy in outpatient settings, particularly through virtual platforms.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and mental health assessments.

• Experience working with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, eating disorders, and PTSD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and caseload. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide:
