Physical Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with experience in pelvic and pediatric care to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessment and treatment for patients with a variety of conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

Experience in pelvic and pediatric physical therapy is required.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification and licensure as required in the state of practice.
Will consider candidates with 1-2 years of experience.

Working Conditions

General schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Weekend hours and float requirements will be discussed in the interview process.
Patient ratios are 1 on 1 for outpatient care, along with acute and short-term rehabilitation.
Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems utilized include Redoc for outpatient and Paragon for acute care.
