Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: Draft, review, and organize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements. Collaborate closely with attorneys to develop strategies for complex commercial and construction litigation cases. Conduct thorough research to support case preparation, including gathering and analyzing relevant data and evidence. Manage case files and maintain organized records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances. Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and opening statements. Monitor and manage deadlines for filings, ensuring timely submission of all necessary documents to the court system. Qualifications: Experience in commercial and construction litigation is essential. Ability to organize, review, and analyze complex legal documents and contracts. Proven track record of developing detailed chronologies and timelines for project events. Strong skills in identifying inconsistencies and potential strengths and weaknesses in legal claims. Experience with document collection, management, and discovery processes. Ability to draft motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision. Proficiency in preparing exhibits, hearing notebooks, and trial materials effectively and efficiently.
