A nationally recognized real estate practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–4 years of experience to join its Washington, DC office. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated real estate acquisitions, development projects, financing transactions, leasing matters, and complex commercial real estate investments across multiple markets. A leading Am Law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded real estate practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess experience handling commercial real estate transactions, development projects, financing matters, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, and related real estate investments. The successful candidate will work with developers, investors, lenders, owners, and institutional clients on a wide range of sophisticated real estate matters. Associates will gain meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands‑on experience with complex transactions involving high-value assets and significant development projects. This position rarely becomes available at the mid-level associate level and is actively interviewing qualified candidates.
