Air National Guard Units

Air National Guard Units in Alaska seeks a senior leader to ensure readiness of aircraft, personnel, and equipment for wartime and state emergencies, directing flying operations.

You will supervise staff via subordinate managers, develop and execute the CCIP, and handle selections, evaluations, and grievances to maintain high performance.

Collaborate on Wing/Group plans, base facilities, deployment cycles, and safety programs to sustain mission readiness.
