Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices: Employ therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, well-rounded care
• Instruct Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques that ensure continued progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care delivery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification required
