Our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of the Aerospace Engineering Department supporting cross-functional product development and design teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, collaboration skills, and innovative thinking which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and develop aerospace components and systems using NX CAD modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Perform engineering analysis, including weight optimization and manufacturability
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and cost estimation
• Create and review technical drawings using ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical design using NX and Teamcenter
• Experience in engine or APU design
• Strong knowledge and application of ASME Y14.5 (GD&T) standards
• U.S. Citizenship (required)
