About the Position

Job Title

Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Night Shift

Boston, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 36 or 48 hours per week | Every other weekend and holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols within the emergency care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 4 years of RN experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of Level 1 Emergency Department experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in high-volume or academic medical center emergency departments
• Strong critical thinking and ability to perform effectively in high-acuity environments
