- Monday-Friday
- 8a-5p
- No call
- No weekends
- Minimum availability:
- 2 weeks per month
- Outpatient adult primary care
- Patient volume:
- 15-20 patients per day
- No procedures required
- APP support available at most locations
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Active Ohio Medical License
- IMLC not accepted
- Board Certified:
- Family Medicine OR
- Internal Medicine
- DEA
- Ohio CSR
- Will not license candidates
- Ambulatory outpatient primary care setting
