The LMFT in this role will provide therapy through telehealth, helping clients better understand patterns in their relationships, manage emotional stress, and work toward healthier communication and coping strategies.The work is practical, client-centered, and consistent. You will conduct sessions, document care, adjust treatment plans, and provide professional support to clients navigating family strain, marriage concerns, conflict, stress, and major life changes. This role is designed for a therapist who wants to work remotely while still maintaining a strong clinical presence with clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients in VirginiaProvide therapy for couples, families, and individual clients when clinically appropriateAssess presenting concerns and gather relevant clinical historyBuild treatment plans that reflect client goals, relational context, and ongoing needsHelp clients identify communication patterns, conflict cycles, and emotional triggersUse appropriate clinical interventions within the LMFT scope of practiceKeep client records, progress notes, and treatment updates currentMaintain privacy and professionalism during all virtual appointments
