Network Team Leader

Team Leader, Global NOC Delivery
The Team Leader oversees the global NOC delivery team, ensuring 24x7 operational excellence, SLA adherence, and stakeholder communication. Based in the US (West Coast), this role serves as the ultimate escalation point, manages vendor/client governance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the NOC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a global team of Network Engineers, Shift Leads, and WiFi Specialists.
- Serve as the final escalation point for critical P1/P2 incidents.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, telcos, and OEM vendors.
- Ensure SLA compliance, incident trend analysis, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Oversee staffing plans, shift coverage, and resource allocation.
- Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports to Meta.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and SOP enhancements.
- Provide mentoring and development pathways for team members.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in enterprise network technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in service delivery governance for Fortune 100 clients is a plus.
