Human Resources Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our client in the Nashville, TN area. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, helping drive people initiatives that support business goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace concerns
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including onboarding and new hire integration
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Partner with leadership on change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze HR data and trends to provide recommendations and support business decisions
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with compensation, benefits, and employee development programs
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive workplace environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
• Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
• Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site experience is preferred but not required

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $83,000.00 per year
