You'll practice in the only Level III NICU in the region , housed within a state?of?the?art Women and Children's Pavilion designed to support the most fragile patients and the clinicians who care for them.

Practice Highlights

• Level III NICU with 30 private rooms

• Average daily census of 25 NICU patients

• Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries

• Attend high?risk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30?bed well?baby nursery
• 24?hour shifts , averaging 7-8 shifts per month for excellent work?life balance

• Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs

• On?site MFM support , pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours

• Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
• Minimum of a master's degree
