Customer Advocate I | 2+ years' experience | Onsite | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Customer Advocate I with 2+ years' experience to support a healthcare client based out of Chicago, IL. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.


START DATE: ASAP*1 years customer service experience.
*6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
*Experience working with various lines of business, i.e. CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management.
*Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
WORKER TYPE: W2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
• Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
• Data entry and/or typing experience with basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner. Customer Service w/ administrative duties.
