Are you obsessed with skincare? Do you love sharing products, tips, and routines? If so, we want to hear from you.Naples Soap Company is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our store, drive sales, and create outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: $20–$22/hr (Full-Time, based on experience)
Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Location: Mount Dora, Naples, FL

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Meet and Track goals and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years as Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder
• 2+ years retail sales experience
• Proven ability to meet goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 18 + years of age, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background screening.

Experience:

• Assistant Manager: 2 years (Required)
• Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
• Meeting goals and KPI's: 2 years (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
