We're growing and looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and ready to thrive as a respected provider.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $47 - $52/hr based on experience
• Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly

Schedule:

• Monday and Tuesday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday and Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday | 7:00 AM - 2:00pm
  Enjoy No weekends every week!

Responsibilities

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist

As a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and updating X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
• Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
• Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
• Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
• Educating patients on oral health and the mouth-body connection
• Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years' experience as a Dental Hygiene experience
• Active AZ license in good standing
• Warm and Friendly personalities welcomed!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Laser certifed but not required
