About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Industry Lead for Retail. The successful candidate will be tasked with supporting a portfolio of key partners within the retail industry, managing a team of sales and account professionals, and driving revenue growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching others to success. A background of at least 8 years in new business and account management within digital media, advertising, or related industries is required, along with a strong understanding of media performance metrics and advertising KPIs. The ideal candidate will have advanced fluency with AI tools, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Preferred qualifications include strong collaboration skills, the ability to translate strategic direction into tactical plans, and a deep understanding of the retail industry and its key players.
