Pediatrics Physician

We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic serving infants, children, and adolescents. This is a turn-key opportunity with a ready-made patient panel , strong clinical support, and meaningful involvement in newborn care and community health.

You will provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting while also participating in newborn care and hospital-related responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Advanced Practice Providers and a collaborative care team.

• Provide outpatient care for acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Perform physical exams and in-office procedures
• Attend newborn deliveries and manage infant care/discharge planning
• Participate in rotating pediatric/newborn call schedule
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor APPs
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Support quality improvement and professional development initiatives

Required:

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• NRP certification
• Active Montana medical license (or eligibility)

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience (new graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• 4.5-day workweek
• Structured call schedule

• Salary: $200,000 $280,000
