Electromechanical Maintenance

This is a posting for a second shift Electromechanical Maintenance position. Join our dynamic maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our production equipment performing at its best! We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Professional who can apply their technical expertise to ensure our manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. What will you do: Lead comprehensive maintenance activities, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment. Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols, and quality standards. Participate in equipment selection, installation, and improvements to production processes. Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Contribute actively to continuous improvement efforts. Identify and communicate any health and safety risks to the Team Leader. Perform preventive maintenance according to the established plan. Repair equipment in the event of breakdowns when known repair methods are available. Ensure accurate and consistent documentation in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce maintenance costs, increase equipment reliability, and improve availability of workstations and production lines. Support the development of a knowledge base for known failure modes through shared documents, platforms, and cross-training. Assist with calibration activities for precision power devices.
