Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's & Children's Float Pool Full Time | 72 hours/pay | 12 hour shifts Night Shift : 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Holiday & Weekend commitment Newark, DE ** The successful candidate may be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 2 years. ChristianaCare is currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Women's & Children's Float Pool. This unique opportunity requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence, as the RN will rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery Postpartum Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU) Inpatient Pediatrics Our Women's & Children's services support over 6,500 births annually, and include a Level III NICU and a dedicated Pediatric Care Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, ensuring safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families. Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
