We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our client's team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in diverse commercial projects. The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive bids, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive bids.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Review and refine estimates based on project requirements and feedback.
Track and manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 10+ years as an Estimator in diverse commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
Excellent analytical and math skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
