Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Ensure profitable operation of the restaurant within established guidelines; Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness; Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives; Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees; Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule
