This role is designed for a natural communicator who excels at leading live virtual training, delivering impactful 1:1 and small-group coaching, simplifying complex concepts, and keeping diverse GTM audiences fully engaged.PercentagePrimary Function50%Facilitation & Interactive Training (including occasional internal podcast/media hosting)40%GTM Coaching & Professional Development10%Strategic Content Development (beyond what is needed for facilitation)SummaryWe’re seeking an experienced, high-energy Revenue Enablement Professional with an engaging personality to elevate the effectiveness of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Your presence, voice, and coaching will strengthen readiness, alignment, and performance across diverse GTM audiences.This high-impact role centers on dynamic group facilitation, high-intensity virtual workshops, structured 1:1 coaching, and targeted content design.
