Warehouse Team Member - Part/Full Time

ADPma is a leading aerospace company specializing in the design, qualification, certification, manufacturing, and sale of proprietary aircraft parts to the global commercial aviation and defense sectors of the industry as an OEM and aftermarket supplier. This role will work with other members of the operations team to support our customers through accurate inventory and impeccable order fulfillment; as a part of our entrepreneurial, problem-solving team.

• This is an hourly position pay based on skills and fit to the role.
  • Starting at $15/hour
  • Option to participate in company benefits
  • Part time, up to 30 hours available (no benefits)
• This is an in-person office and warehouse position in Piney Flats, TN.

We are looking for a candidate with confidence, grit and get-it-done mentality. You need to bring clear communication skills and a can-do attitude.

About The Role:

• Package parts in accordance with Quality Procedures.
• Package and Ship parts in accordance with Operational procedures.
• Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Utilize inventory management procedures to maintain inventory accuracy at all times.

Skills Required:

• Punctual and present for work
• Flexible with work tasks, but capable of repetitive work
• Ability to lift heaving objects (50 lbs+)
• Ability to be on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
• Ability to scale a ladder
• Scissor lift experience helpful, but not required
