Description - Your Journey Awaits

• Conduct both standard and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to defined protocols.
• Scrutinize results for precision, tackle any discrepancies, and ensure that lab equipment remains well-calibrated and maintained.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and adeptly prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all steps taken, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
