Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E‑store Manager to join our team. As the E‑store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our online store. You will be in charge of managing the website, inventory, sales, and customer service. This is a full‑time, on‑site position. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the online store, including website maintenance, product listings, and inventory management. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, including tracking shipments and managing returns and exchanges. Oversee customer service operations, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and make necessary adjustments to the store. Manage and train a team of e‑commerce associates to ensure efficient and effective operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e‑commerce management, preferably in the retail industry. Strong understanding of online retail platforms and e‑commerce best practices. Proficiency in website management, inventory management, and data analysis. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet industry is a plus.
