Senior Account Executive

About the Role Join a seed-stage AI construction technology company as a Senior Account Executive. You will lead a high-volume, outbound-focused sales motion, helping data center hyperscalers and real estate developers apply technology to construction workflows. This role is central to turning qualified opportunities into lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Run product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations with mid-market decision makers. Partner with sales development and marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities. Understand customer needs and connect them to relevant technology solutions. Identify expansion opportunities and work with Customer Success to support retention and satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts in HubSpot or Salesforce. Travel for client meetings and represent the company at industry events and trade shows. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of B2B technology sales experience, with a record of selling to data center hyperscalers or real estate developers. Experience personally carrying an annual sales quota of $8 million to $12 million or more. Comfort managing outbound-heavy pipelines and sales cycles ranging from several weeks to about two months. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD.
