They have openings for both working on the paving equipment and the plant equipment that produces the asphalt. If you have 3+ years of mechanical background, ideally with diesel and/or industrial equipment and a valid driver’s license, this is a career you need to explore. The hourly rate is up to $32/hr or more DOE. This is a position that provides consistent overtime, 55-60 hours a week with very limited weekend work. Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered equipment Troubleshoot breakdowns and keep equipment moving Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs Take ownership of your work instead of waiting to be told every next step About the Company: S.L.
