Order Picker Responsibilities:

• Use manual pick tickets or RF devices to accurately select items for retail customer orders
• Visually inspect picked inventory for accuracy and quality
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment
• Move goods from storage areas to pallets or carts using manual equipment
• Stretch wrap pallets by hand and affix appropriate labels
• Transport pallets to staging lanes with pallet jacks
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation of receipts, returns, and shipments
• Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory
• Contribute to warehouse cleanliness and organization as directed by supervisors

Requirements for Order Picker:

- Ability to stand at a work table for 3-4 hour periods within an 8-hour shift

- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 20 lbs regularly

- Two to four years of experience in similar warehouse roles preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management

- Familiarity with equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
