Assistant Store Manager

TJX - 300 Bonner Mall Way - Responsibilities: Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages.; Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.; Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers.; Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.; Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency.
