PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractors and inventory.
- Assist with and oversee resident work orders in apartments.
- Schedule and oversee turnover process of vacant apartments.
- May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
- Rotating On-Call duties.
- Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
