This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating beautiful spaces, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners, builders, and contractors to identify flooring solutions that meet their design goals and budgets.
• Design and present flooring layouts using 2020 Design Software.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals while guiding customers through the selection process.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Stay current on flooring products, design trends, and industry innovations.

Qualifications

• 34+ years of flooring sales experience in a retail showroom or building materials environment.
• Experience with 2020 Design Software is required.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read plans and assist customers with design selections.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
