As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Assist walk-in customers
- Schedule and process service work
- Process route and delivery paperwork
- Maintain customer records
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Support service technicians and route drivers
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfort learning new software and systems
- Positive attitude
- Coachable mindset
Experience with the following is helpful:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Excel
- CRM software
- Internal business systems
- Competitive pay of $18.00-$19.00 per hour
- Additional commission opportunities
- Potential to regularly earn around $1,400 per week with strong performance once fully trained
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule
- Small, close-knit office environment
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
