Customer Care Rep

Job Title

This position is responsible for providing support to the client loyalty customers in a call center/chat environment.

Location: San Antonio, TX 78216

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday (Off Thursday and Friday) 1pm-10pm

Work Arrangement: Remote Sat/Sun, Onsite Mon.-Wed.

Type: 6 Month Contract with extensions

Compensation: $16-18/hr.

Potential Start Date: ASAP

Position Description

This position is responsible for providing support to the client loyalty customers in a call center/chat environment. You will be required to capture information through inbound calls/chat and input the information to the system. The primary focus of this position is to be a friendly customer service voice for all client customers and loyalty members.

Must Have

• Reliability (must be on time and have good attendance)
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• General computer literacy (professional or personal experience)
• Excellent organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Previous contact center experience
• Previous restaurant industry experience
