Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Renewals
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for Haven at Towne Center in Glendale, AZ. You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.
You’ll monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and drive traffic using on-site tools like OneSite and Yardi while maintaining show units to Greystar’s standards.
