Product Manager

Product Manager – AI & Digital Solutions (Orthopaedics Supply Chain) Locations: Cork, Ireland; Leeds, UK (and other locations under separate requisition numbers). The role reports to the Director of Digital Strategy & Deployment. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to create vision, articulate short‑ and long‑term product strategy and life‑cycle plan ensuring alignment with broader digital roadmap. Develop business cases and financial plans for product portfolios. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute solutions on time and within cost, meeting business and quality standards. Drive life‑cycle decisions by evaluating trade‑offs that balance customer experience, strategic value, cost, and timelines. Execute life‑cycle plans following established standards, support change management with key business partners. Establish key performance metrics across all platforms and collaborate with partners to define and measure value capture. Maintain the integrity of the product portfolio database/tool, ensuring project data is current and accurate for reporting. Communicate product execution timelines and performance with customers and key stakeholders. Partner with customers to develop and support execution for change‑management plans, ensuring successful product adoption. Support recruiting, development, and training for the product team, including user‑story creation, backlog management, and trade‑off decisions. Co‑operate with the Scrum Master in identifying and resolving project issues, managing risks, and ensuring on‑time delivery. Education & Experience Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Math, Economics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience. Experience in supply chain or software development with leadership delivering digital or software products. Demonstrated experience in Agile environments and applying Scrum principles. Extensive experience setting and delivering a strategy with full accountability for outcomes. Customer‑obsessed, strong facilitation, and strong decision‑making abilities. Ability to influence without direct authority, communicate across functions, and resolve conflicts constructively. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with end‑to‑end supply chain domains (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution) in MedTech or similar industry. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Adobe XD, or other design and collaboration tools. UX/UI design experience or partnership with designers. Experience managing technology vendors. Software development experience and knowledge of AI concepts. Agile/ Scrum professional certifications. Other Requirements May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $102,000.00 – $177,100.00. Position eligible for long‑term incentive program and participation in company retirement and savings plans.
