Job Duties:This position reports to the TDCJ Beef Processing Plant on a daily basis. Overseeing the set up and tear down of beef processing equipment. Diagnose and oversee repair for all production equipment. Trains and oversees a crew of inmate workers. Researches parts, retains quotes, and creates requisitions for needed parts and equipment. Assist in maintaining safety and security of staff and inmates.
