Production Packers

Overview

We are currently hiring Production Packers to join our team. This position is responsible for packing plastic bags into cardboard boxes, inspecting product quality, keeping the work area clean, and meeting daily production goals.

Skills and Experience

Skills:

• Pack plastic bags into cardboard boxes according to company standards
• Inspect products for defects or damage
• Stack, label, and prepare boxes for shipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety rules and production procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required for safety instructions, training, and daily work communication
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
